Shipping

We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 1-2 business days. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an order dispatch notification including tracking details. Please be aware that depending on the carrier the tracking can take 24 hours to activate.

Typical delivery times

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 1-2 days
  • Perth: 4-5 days
  • NSW, VIC: 1-3 days
  • ACT: 1-2 days
  • QLD: 2-5 days
  • SA: 2-3 days
  • NT, TAS: 3-5 days
  • WA: 4-7 days

Returns

All wholesale orders are firm and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Product arrives damaged

If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and keep hold of the product, we may want to organise collection. Once we have received details of the damage we will either issue a credit for the damaged items or send replacements.

Warranty claims

If you discover a manufacturing issue or fault with a product then please contact us. Many of our suppliers have extended warranties and once we have verified the details we will generally be able to credit or replace the product.
